about MG Web Services
Background:
I have been providing web site hosting
solutions since the turn of the century. In the "early days" the company
did not provide hosting services, so clients were referred to non
affiliated companies. The level of service that my clients received from
these companies was impossible to regulate and was subject to
instability. In 2001, I began offering a superior hosting service to my
clients by aligning with major data centres. The support and reliability
now offered has proven to be the key factor in my ability to be a
stable platform in the ever growing hosting market.
The Network:
The datacentre is located in Dallas, Texas and is staffed 24/7/365. The Planet
currently owns and operates two state of the art data centers in
Dallas, Texas, offering complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire
suppression, network connectivity, and security. With over 53,000 sq ft
of raised floor between the two facilities, The Planet has an offering
to fit any need. Their product offerings include private caged suites,
cabinets, half-cabinets, tri-cabinets, and rackspace by the Unit. The
datacentre facility sits atop multiple power grids driven by TXU
electric, with PowerWare UPS battery backup power and dual diesel
generators onsite. Their HVAC systems are condenser units by Data Aire
to provide redundancy in cooling coupled with nine managed backbone
providers. Twelve more third party backbone providers are available in
the building via cross connect. Fire suppression includes a pre-action
dry pipe system including VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus)
with over 700 smoke detectors between the two facilities.
Guarantee:
Simply said, you will be thrilled with the
uptime, speed, and my friendly customer service. If at any time you wish
to stop your service I will be happy to refund any outstanding balance
in accordance with our Web Site Hosting Contract.
